Total support for proceeding and directing entrance ceremonies

At the entrance ceremony of a certain school, we provided support in the areas of sound, lighting, stage, video, and laser effects, as well as event direction. We made every effort to make detailed preparations and respond to requests so that the ceremony marking a new start would proceed smoothly and be a memorable experience for all participants.

Direction and progress management

We plan the overall structure and progress of the event and are responsible for on-site operations on the day.

We worked together with the teachers and students in advance to make preparations down to the smallest details, such as confirming the flow of the ceremony and stage direction, and organizing traffic flow.

During the rehearsal, we adjusted the arrangements and timing, and made final checks before the actual performance. On the day of the performance, we also had a progress assistant on hand to help with coordination between the performers and teachers, ensuring a smooth performance.

Video Production

At one ceremony, we performed slide manipulation and VJ performances to coincide with the introduction scenes of each performance. While we basically presented slides according to the script, we checked the overall flow during rehearsals and instantly adjusted the video performance to match the color of the lighting and the atmosphere of the music.

Compared to the sound and lighting, there were fewer advance requests for the video part this time, so we responded flexibly while looking at the balance of the production on the day. We selected the colors and movements of the VJ materials according to the scene, and aimed for a video expression that blended naturally with the overall atmosphere.

In particular, for the stage for children, we used the reference information of "a Disney-style worldview" as a basis, and created original VJ materials that were close to the image while taking into consideration copyright issues. After the performance, we received feedback from the site that "the teachers liked it too," which gave us a sense of accomplishment as well as a sense of relief.

Even with only a few specific requests, we supported the sense of unity throughout the ceremony through flexible video direction, while remaining conscious of cooperation with other sections.

Providing large LED vision, essential for corporate events

Corporate events come in many different forms, but one thing they all have in common is that they communicate the passion of the company. The presentations given at these events are an important opportunity to use various creative methods to communicate the company's policies and services. For this event, a large, high-resolution LED screen was installed at the venue, providing clear, powerful images to the guests in all directions.

As a result, the company was able to clearly communicate the message it wanted to convey to its guests, and the excellent presentations captivated the guests, leaving them with a deep impression.

Laser effects

For one ceremony, the tone of the production was adjusted to match the theme and atmosphere of each performance. Depending on the music and stage content, we devised the use of lasers, their colors, and the timing of their irradiation.

Bright and lively performances

The music was bright and lively, in keeping with the resort and sports theme, so the lasers were open and vivid, creating a vibrant effect that brightened up the entire space.

・Performances themed around fashion and beauty

To match the muted tones of the music and the dark atmosphere of the stage, red, blue and white lasers were lit up in specific spots. The performance was timed to coincide with the start of the song, creating a sophisticated impression.

・Performances for children featuring many characters

The laser effects were bright and colorful to match the lively and colorful stage. The patterns changed at a good tempo, further enhancing the fun atmosphere.

Overall, we designed the performance to take advantage of the unique characteristics of each piece, helping to create a memorable stage space for the audience.
