Equipment rental contract process

Contract and payment

Once your application and preliminary screening are complete, we will enter into a contract. Payment is required after the contract is signed and before the service begins. Rental/leasing and delivery will begin once payment has been confirmed.

After confirming the estimate, application and preliminary screening

A person in charge will contact you to confirm the details and provide you with a quote based on your request. If you proceed with the contract procedure based on the quote, we will conduct a pre-credit check. If you rent, a pre-credit check will be conducted by our company, and if you lease, a pre-credit check will be conducted by the leasing company.

Get started

Our staff will bring the equipment to the location where it will be used, or deliver it to you. If you would like us to perform setup or construction work, we will carry that out when we bring it in, so you can start renting or leasing it in an environment where you can use it right away. In the case of rental, we will handle all support and maintenance work during the usage period, but in the case of leasing, maintenance fees are not included in the lease fee.

After use, remove or return the item

After your rental or lease period ends, we will come to remove the equipment. Please wait in the same condition as you used it. Our staff will take care of the removal work, so please rest assured.
If you have used a courier service, you will need to return the item. Please contact us for more information.
